Finally I muster the courage to go ahead with something that had been bugging me for years. I went for nose piercing last night. For the past few years, friends had been bugging me to try nose piercing and trying to convince me that I would look nice with it.
Ok I finally made up my mind to try, yet I still skeptical about it. So I did my final round of asking for comments with no conclusion. But decided to try it, hee.. course I heard that if you happen to lose the stud and didn’t place one back in time. The hole will close up. Since no harm done why not give it a try rite?
Well when I was asking for comments I actually receive comments like “izzit u got an Indian bf? That y u trying to look Indian by piercing ur nose?� I was like “hello.. this is year 2006.. u r in Singapore, u mean u need an Indian bf to pierce ur nose???� oh my… well I had other comments like, “ I think piercing of navel, nipple, tongue or any other areas r more cool..� I mean hey all I wanted was ur comment like, yes or no. but not to suggest me piercing elsewhere. I had a total of 7earrings currently and the new member 1 nose stud. Wont say I look cool or a fashion statement etc. I am just being myself. No worries, I dun have the courage to pierce anymore of my body parts.
I should thank those guys that had been trying to stop me from piercing my nose. They are the source of courage for me to go ahead. Hahaha.. I m more to being rebellious then stubborn.. (eh.. okok stubborn also part of my nature.. u win k) during my process of consideration for something, its not easy to convince me or talk me out of something unless u can make your stand clear, reasonable & convincing. But these guys manage to convince me that by piercing my nose I m turning them off.. the thought of that feels great. So I go ahead. Hahahahaha (ok I had a playful nature) but the looks of disgust on their face when they heard that… is so fun.
But I m sorry to those kind soul out there, that worried that I would look nice in it. (thanks a lot cos that is my MAIN worry) the reason that I been holding back throughout the years.
